How Can User Request For A Return?

To return any product:

At OnlineBazar.com, we value our customers and offer them a great return & replacement policy in order to satisfy their needs with the right product. Therefore, we take responsibility of every purchase that takes place through our platform.

One can request a free return for their purchased product within 10 days after delivery, if customer receives a product which is incorrect in terms of specification.

Here are examples of such false specifications:

  • Wrong Size of Product
  • Wrong Color of Product
  • Wrong Quantity of Product
  • Defective or Damaged Product
  • Product is different than the description given by the seller

Customer shall contact within a couple days of receiving to replace any product, which is damaged, missing components or is in the wrong quantity.

Customer is requested to read the product description carefully before any purchase. Product Replacement request will be rejected in case of:

  • Product is consumed/altered/used/worn/engineered/overused/misused
  • Product is returned without any accessory/component

How should I request a return and what are the next steps?

  • Request for return from ‘My Account’. Access the order history of purchase and request a return. User can always get help by a click on ‘Help’.
  • Return request is reviewed by OnlineBazar.com.
  • If required, request will be forwarded to the merchant for merchant’s approval.
  • After approval from both parties, pickup is arranged for the product through the company's courier partner.
  • If reverse pickup service is not available for particular address, customer can dispatch the product to us. We will be reimbursed those charges for customers.
  • As the product is received by us, Product gets examined against customer’s claims. Refund or replacement will be initiated after that. Replacement of product will depend on the product’s availability.

It may take around 2 to 3 weeks from the time a return request is raised to the time the product gets delivered to us. However, the exact time for product being delivered to us will depend on the nature of product and buyer’s location.?

How to replace a product?

If any product purchase is covered as per ‘Customer Protection’ and if the same product is also available with the merchant, user can request a replacement for the product. If the product is not available with seller then, refund will be issued to customer.?

If customer has received the exact same that has been described while making purchase, merchant's approval will be required for replacement. Customer is expected to read the product description and to choose the right color/size of product.

Products will be replaced only if they’re returned in their original condition. Product replacements will not be accepted if

  • Product is consumed/altered/used/worn/engineered/overused/misused
  • Product is returned without any accessory/component
  • If Product Serial Number is tampered
  • Products is not covered under warranty?

How a product should be packed for pick-up?

Customer should assure that the purchased item has never been used/worn/ altered/damaged, moreover product should be returned along with its original price tag and product packing slip. On the packed box for pick-up, user should mention product order number. If an order is approved for being picked-up, customer should receive instructions about packaging and address for return in two separate emails.

What about the courier charges? Who pays for them??

If a pickup is arranged for product return, customer does not have to pay any amount. If a customer returns the product with any courier services, customers would have to bear the cost for courier. However, customer will be reimbursed for any courier charges by OnlineBazar.com

How to track the return as it gets picked up?

Once the return is picked from the customer's location, within 24 to 48 hours of time, the customer shall receive an email from which will share the tracking details of pickup using which buyer can track the package via courier service’s website. Buyer can also track the status of their return requests though ‘Trackorder’ option on website.

When can I expect a refund or replacement?

The replacement or refund should be initiated within 2 working days after arrival of returned product at our facility. For any refund it would take upto a couple of weeks for the return amount to reflect on customer’s account after the refund is initiated. Any replacement/refund request will be declined if the return product received is not as per customer’s claim or customer has not shared order number on the package itself.

What’s the status of my product’s return request?

Customer will be able to track the return through ‘Trackorder’ on website. Customer is always welcomed to contact support to know the status of return.

Every return request received by us gets assigned a token number along with an acknowledgement which is sent to customer’s registered email address. Customers are requested to use registered email address for communication.
